This offer is good only for products purchased directly from Idea Spectrum. If you purchased our software from another retailer, please contact them directly as their refund policy may vary.

All refunds must be requested within 30 days of initial purchase by the original purchaser. Please indicate the reason for the refund so we can make improvements. You must return any shipped goods (including program CD, DVD case & Quick Start guide), along with a copy of your purchase receipt, and destroy any copies of the software on your computer.
