Printing a Screen Shot

Use the Print Screen Shot command to print a previously saved screen shot or other picture. You can also print pictures saved using the Print Plan to File and Print Viewport to File commands.

To print a screen shot:

1.   Select File > Print screen shot. A dialog similar to the following will appear. (The actual dialog will depend on your version of Windows.)

2.   Select the screen shot file and click OK.  A dialog similar to the following will then appear. (The actual dialog will depend on your version of Windows.)

3.   Select the desired printer and number of copies. Then click OK. The file will then be sent to the printer.
