Printing the Viewport to a File

This command lets you print the contents of the current
viewport to a file. You can later print the file or send it to someone else as
an email attachment.
Note: The Page Setup settings are not used – only
the viewport as it appears on the screen is printed.
To print the viewport to a file:
1. Adjust the view as
desired. See Adjusting the View for
instructions.
2. Select File >
Print Viewport to File.
3. Navigate to the
directory where you want to save the file and enter a file name. Then click
Save. The following dialog will appear:

File name
Name of the file where the
rendered picture will be written. Click the browse button to the right of the
file name to select a new destination.
Resolution
Size of the rendered file. Using
a higher resolution produces a larger picture but requires more time to
render.
Render quality
Quality of the rendered picture.
Higher quality renders take longer but produce much crisper pictures.
4. Select the desired
resolution and render quality and click OK.
A screen shot of your current viewport will then be written
to the file. You can then e-mail the picture of your design or edit it using the
Realtime Picture Editor (included with Realtime Landscaping Architect),
Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, or any other picture editing software.
