Adding a 3D Label

3D Labels add a 3D rendering of the landscape from a
particular viewpoint.
To add a 3D label to the plan view:
1. Click Plan to
switch to the plan view.
2. Click Add 3D
Label.
3. Click to add points.
Press Backspace to remove the last point. Press Esc to cancel.
Right-click to add the last point.
4. Enter the desired
text and click OK.
5. Click Edit
points to enter point editing mode.
6. Click the yellow dot
over the camera to select it, and drag to move the camera to the desired
location.
7. Set the desired
camera direction, angle, and elevation properties as needed for the desired
viewpoint.
8. Click Edit
points again to leave point editing mode.
Note: To improve performance, the 3D rendering will
only appear when the label is selected, and the rendering will be a low-quality
preview. However, when printing the plan view (to a file or a printer), then a
high-quality rendering will be used. To see how the rendering will appear when
printed, click Preview.
