Custom appearance in each view

Check this option to use a custom finish material and line style in the plan view. Uncheck this option if you want the finish to have the same appearance in both views.

Plan

The properties in this group determine the finish material's appearance in the plan view.

Perspective

The properties in this group determine the finish material's appearance in the perspective and realtime walkthrough views.

Material

Material that covers the inside surface of the swimming pool. Click to select a different material.

Material options

Click to edit options that affect the appearance of the finish material.

Size

Size of the finish material. Adjust to make the material appear larger or smaller.

Angle

Rotation angle of the finish material.

Transparency

Transparency of the swimming pool interior in the plan view.

Line style

Click to edit the plan line style.

Material that covers the perimeter of the swimming pool. Click to select a different material.

Material options

Click to edit options that affect the appearance of the coping material.

Size

Size of the coping material. Adjust to make the material appear larger or smaller.

Angle

Rotation angle of the coping material.

Coping type

Click to select the type of coping you want to use. You can also turn off coping if desired.

Coping width

Width of the coping.

Coping length

Length of the coping.

Edit coping

When enabled, click the edge(s) where you want to toggle the coping on or off.

Description

Transparency

Adjusts the water transparency. Set to 0 for highly reflective water. To remove the water, set the transparency to 100.

Note: Water does not appear in the plan view, so you should make the changes in the perspective view.

Edit points

Click to edit the points that define the swimming pool's outline.

Shape options

Click to save the current shape or load a new one.

Edit depths

Click to edit the shape that controls the pool depth.

Depth

When Edit depths is enabled, this sets the depth at the selected point(s). Otherwise, this sets the depth for the entire swimming pool.

Add tile

Check this option if you want tile, or uncheck to turn it off.

Tile material

Material used for the tile. Click to select a different material.

Tile material options

Click to edit the tile material's color and brightness.

Tile material angle

Rotation angle of the tile material.

Tile size

Width and height of each tile. (Tiles are always square.)

Area

Calculated area in square feet or meters.

Perimeter

Calculated perimeter in feet or meters.

Volume

Calculated volume in cubic feet or meters. This value is calculated using the average depth and is only an estimate.
