Zooming into the Selection

To zoom the plan or perspective view into the current selection:

1.   Click Zoom Selection or press Z.

2.   The view will zoom into the selected objects. If no objects are selected, then the view will zoom to the entire scene.

This tool is very useful and you'll want to use it often. In perspective view it also adjusts the eye elevation to match the center of the selected object, which makes it easier to see.

To zoom using the keyboard, press Z. There is no mouse equivalent for this tool.
