Zooming the View

To zoom the plan or perspective view:

1.   Click Zoom.

2.   Position the cursor inside the view and drag up to zoom out, or down to zoom in. When finished, release the left mouse button.

Mouse Shortcut:  There are two other ways you can zoom. If your mouse has a wheel, then you can zoom by rotating the wheel. Or, you can hold down the left & right mouse buttons while you drag up and down. Either way is quicker than clicking the Zoom button whenever you want to zoom.

While zooming, the mouse automatically wraps when it reaches the edge of the view. This makes it easier to zoom the desired amount in a single operation.

Tip: You can reverse the zoom direction of the mouse wheel and the other zoom tools by using the Reverse mouse wheel zoom direction option in Program Settings.
