Q. What is my activation code?

A. Your activation code is an alphanumeric code that is needed to activate your software. Here is an example of an activation code:

Q. Where can I locate my activation code?

A. Your activation code appears on the page confirming your purchase immediately after you complete your order, in an e-mail sent to your address after your order is completed, and on the physical receipt that accompanies the product arriving in the mail. If you are having trouble locating your activation code in your e-mail, please check your junk mail, spam, or bulk folders.

Q. How many times do I have to enter my activation code?

A. You are only required to enter your activation code once per install. This means that you will not need to enter your activation code again until you decide to either move the software to a different computer or reinstall the software on your current computer.

Q. When I enter my activation code, it says "activation code expired"?

A. An outdated computer clock is almost always to blame. Please adjust the Windows time to the proper date, and attempt to activate your software again. The Windows time can be accessed simply by double clicking on the lower right corner of the screen in the area where the time is displayed.

If this does not resolve the problem, you can email to request a new activation code. Include your name, address, product, and approximate date of your order. Please note that our business hours are weekdays from 8am-4pm Pacific Time.

Q. When I enter my activation code, the OK button does not highlight?

A. In situations where the OK button does not highlight, the activation code is being rejected as invalid; a simple mistake is nearly always the reason for this. Please double check the activation code and attempt activation again. Please pay special attention to the letter "O" and the number "0", as they are often confused. We recommend that you copy the code and paste it directly into the activation box to avoid confusion.
