Region Properties

Property

Description

Material

The Material property determines what type of surface the region will use. To change the material, click the small image that displays the current material.

Material Options

The appearance of the region can be modified by clicking the small button that appears to the right of the material image.

Flip horizontal

The Flip horizontal property is used to invert the region material from left to right. To invert the region, click the Flip horizontal checkbox.

Flip vertical

The Flip Vertical property is used to invert the region material from top to bottom. To invert the region, click the Flip horizontal checkbox.

Size

The Size property determines the scale of the region material. For example, if the region has a brick material, then the Size slider will adjust the size of each brick.

Angle

The Angle property determines the rotation angle of the region material. Note that the Angle property has no effect on solid color materials. To change the region material angle, move the Angle slider or type a value in the text field.

Perspective

The Perspective property determines the viewing angle of the region. Enter 0 for a top-view perspective or select 100 for a horizontal perspective of the region. Use this in conjunction with the Skew property to help the material match the perspective of your photo.

Offset X

The Offset X property shifts the material left and right.

Offset Y

The Offset Y property shifts the material up and down.

Stretch X

The Stretch X property increases the material width.

Stretch Y

The Stretch Y property increases the material height.

Skew

The Skew property distorts the material left and right. Use this in conjunction with the Perspective property to help the material match the perspective of your photo.

Edit points

Click the Edit points button to enable or disable point editing mode, which will allow you to modify the region’s shape. See Editing Points for details.
